ScaleUpSystems AI Setter is software (SaaS) that answers inbound Instagram messages — direct messages, story replies and comments with your keyword — through the official Instagram Messaging API. It only replies to people who wrote to you, inside Instagram's 24-hour messaging window.

The AI asks your questions, books the call and hands over to your team; your team decides. It comes with an inbox, contacts, a booking page and, from Creator up, reports.

Paying, renewing, cancelling.

Prices
Our offer is for businesses only (commercial or self-employed), not for consumers. All prices excl. VAT. Prices are in euros; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Paying yearly costs ten monthly payments — 2 months free.
Trial
A subscription bought through your sign-up link starts right away, with 14 days money back on every payment. If we start your workspace with a trial instead, it lasts 14 days, is free and needs no credit card — one trial per workspace; if no payment method has been added when it ends, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period — in the app under Settings → Billing or via paddle.net. You can undo it until then.
Plan changes
An upgrade applies at once and the difference for the current period is charged pro rata. A downgrade credits the unused part against future payments.
Money-back guarantee
14-day money-back guarantee on every payment — the first one and every renewal, monthly or yearly. No reason needed: e-mail support@scaleupsystems.ai or use paddle.net within 14 days of the charge. A refunded payment ends the subscription at once; the refunded period is not used any more. After 14 days a payment is not refunded, pro rata or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle also issues your invoice. The software is provided by Scaleupsystems UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Dinkelscherben, Germany.
On your statement
The charge appears on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET*” followed by a short reference.
AI conversations
Counted per calendar month. When a plan's conversations are used up, new conversations go to your team instead of the AI until the month ends — nothing extra is charged. Every plan, Agency's “unlimited” included, also has a monthly cap on AI costs; if it is reached, the AI pauses and your team takes over.

How you get a plan.

    Book a demo

    A 30-minute call. There is no self-sign-up: we set up your workspace with you.

  2. 02

    Sign up with your link

    After the call we send you the link for your plan: a few questions about your setup, then the checkout. You confirm that you buy as a business and accept our Terms and Refund policy; the checkout is run by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

  3. 03

    We set it up, you go live

    We prepare your setter from your answers. You set a password, log in and connect Instagram — we do the rest.
